  • Precise information to be  entered by the Applicant to successfully initiate the process of Slot Booking.
  • The Initial Token Amount required to be paid correctly in order to avoid slot revokation.
  • In case of non-availability of a specific booking slot, the Applicant shall be notified accordingly and the process of refund will be initiated at the earliest.
  • Copying the website content of Filmix Studios/ associated source/s is strictly prohibited.
  • The concerned slot/s if booked by the Applicant, shall be revoked where the client happens to/ is likely to suffer from any contagious disease.
  • The Final Export File of the concerned project shall be delivered to the Client by the Studio Authority, post-receipt of the full payment only.
  • Disrespectful/Inappropriate gesture/behaviour by the Applicant/Client shall not be attended to any further by Team Filmix.
  • In case of any additional service requirement/s by the Client, the same ought to communicated & discussed with Team Filmix prior to utilising the service/s.
  • Transperant communication  with regard to At later stage, any additional requirement won't be fulfilled in most cases.
  • The official confirmation of online slot booking initiation shall be communicated to the Applicant by Team Filmix via email/Sms, as per the details provided by the Applicant within the prescribed webpage.
  • Once confirmed, cancellation of booking before 24+ hours from time slot booking will be chargeable ie around 20% of advance booking amount.
  • If cancellation is done by client after confirmation and booking time is remained less than 24 hours. 50% will be the cancellation charge on advance amount.
  • Once agreed on amount of studio services, no discounts will be entertained afterwards.
  • Free wi-fi will be given to client however Wi-fi should be used fairly following cyber laws. Any illegal activity done using wi-fi or any other property of filmix studios, wont be entertained and we will take action against you.
  • Complimentary refreshment/s may be offered to the Client/s as per availability of the service staff.
  • We sanitise our studio frequently. If you have any particular requirement, it should be communicated with filmix studio previously and confirmation should be taken.
  • In case of any service, be it recording, mixing, mastering, video shoot, music production, it should be communicated first with studio authority. At later stage, we might not entertain additional requirements.
  • In case of damage to any property of Filmix Studios is proved to have been caused by reason of negligence on part of the Client/s, the Client/s shall be liable to bear the complete repairment cost along with other reparations and compensation. Failing to do so, will amount to the initiation of legal action. 
  • In case of any service requirement/s by the Client outside official working hours, the same ought to be communicated & discussed with Team Filmix. The availability/non-availability of the over , we won't be liable to work in those hours or days. If we agreed to work, the 150% per hour charge will be taken from client as engineers will be working at extra shifts.
  • Any work for films or songs will be initiated only after receiving token amount 50% of total bill.
  • It is the top most priority of Team Filmix to ensure the delivery of best professional service, hospitality to the Applicant/Client & maintain a user-friendly work atmosphere within the Studio premises.
